We are fully aware that this series has the potential to be controversial due to eye-opening nature of the jobs Channel 4 has had access to.

They are working with CMCU and Response, meaning the reality of these roles is being put out there for all to see; this includes staff and officers being on the receiving end of verbal and physical abuse; Tasers being deployed; suspects resisting arrest; high-risk missing people; firearms incidents and the use of spit-guards to name but a few.

Finally, we hope you enjoy the documentary, and you will feel that it is an accurate portrayal of what our people face each and every day.
