The Parish Council recently received information from Devon & Cornwall Police in South Molton regarding their plans for imporving communications with local parishes.

The information comprised a covering letter from PC Graham James and two documents, one outlining policing challenges in the area, the other describing a connectivity plan for the South Molton area. These documents can be viewed using the links below.

Schedule of Council Meetings 2019

Council meetings are held on the last Monday of each month where possible. August and December meetings are usually held earlier to allow for bank holidays. Meetings are held in the Chittlehamholt Village Hall from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.

Next Council Meeting

The next Parish Council Meeting will be held on Monday 20th May 2019 at 7:30pm in the Chittlehamholt Village Hall. It will be preceded by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council which will start at 7:00pm.

Notice of Rescheduled District Council Election - Chittlehampton Ward

North Devon Council has published the following documents pertaining to the rescheduled election for a District Councillor for Chittlehampton Ward. The rescheduled election will take place on Thursday the 13th June 2019.
